At SOLAR UNIVERSE, a new technology being exclusively developed by HIGH POINT ENERGY which known as HYDRORISE, storm water will be kinetically pumped to a holding tank approximately 700 feet AGL, from where it will then free fall into a micro hydroelectric turbine. The water holding tank will act as a sway damper for the Tower and will also be used to harvest storm water of the Tower.

At SOLAR UNIVERSE, Wind Turbines will be strategically located high on the North face of the Tower to generate as much electricity as possible.

At SOLAR UNIVERSE, Photovoltaic Panels will be strategically located along the entire height of the tower to produce energy from solar panels.

At SOLAR UNIVERSE, all solid and liquid waste will be burned at extremely high temperatures, into a process called gasification, from where electricity will be generated.

Another major goal, at SOLAR UNIVERSE, is not only to be totally self sustained, but also to reduce electric, water, sewage and solid waste costs for nearby properties that will be connected or associated to SOLAR UNIVERSE.
